Is Your Control System Holding You Back?

Our precision manufacturing process ensures no delay to your timeline.

If this sounds familiar, Adgo can help.

We've Seen What You're Dealing With

We know what it looks like when a facility is running on borrowed time. The signs may be operators nursing equipment through every shift, maintenance fighting the same faults on repeat and leadership wondering why output never hits the number. After 69+ years of designing and building industrial control systems, we’ve walked into those situations more times than we can count. We’re here to fix it, not just patch it.

You Can't Afford Controls That Almost Work

When your industrial control system is unreliable, the damage goes beyond downtime.

Operators second-guess the equipment, maintenance runs from fire to fire, and leadership wonders why throughput never matches capacity. A lack of a well-designed, professionally programmed control system may already be costing you efficiency, safety and confidence.

What Our Customers Say

“Adgo does it all – design, fabrication, programming… They’re a one-stop shop. They’ve learned our industry, and bring new ideas and thoughts to it. They’re a good partner.”

Brian B., director of engineering, manufacturing distributor

“For more than 20 years, Adgo has been our trusted controls integration partner. Their technical depth, responsiveness, and consistency make them an invaluable extension of our engineering team.”

Mike G., president, OEM customer

“Adgo is very easy to work with. They go above and beyond to assist with anything I need.”

Deblene H., project manager, security solutions customer

The Wrong Partner Costs More Than the Project

Using off-the-shelf industrial control systems or a vendor who disappears after install isn’t just another frustration; more often than not, it’s a long-term liability. Downtime, rework, and scope gaps quickly compound into a long-term liability and the cost.

Adgo clients get a team who are responsible from that first call, all the way through with constant service. It’s not a promise. It’s our track record.

Frequently Asked Questions

About Industrial Controls Integration

An industrial controls integrator designs, builds, programs and commissions the control systems that run manufacturing and processing operations. This includes PLC programming, HMI and SCADA development, custom control panel fabrication, VFD configuration and full systems integration. At Adgo, we handle the entire scope under one roof, from engineering through commissioning and ongoing support. Manufacturers we serve benefit from a single point of accountability for their automation needs.

Adgo offers industrial controls and automation services to a wide range of industries, including food and beverage processing, ingredient and chemical manufacturing, refractory and steel, OEM equipment builders, automotive and industrial manufacturing, and packaging operations. If your facility processes liquids, solids, batches, or continuous flows, we have the experience to provide reliable automation controls.

Our technology team offers PLC programming services on all major platforms such as Allen-Bradley ControlLogix and CompactLogix, Siemens, Automation Direct, and Schneider Electric. As a Rockwell Automation Certified Systems Integrator, we have deep expertise across the entire Rockwell Automation ecosystem — including FactoryTalk View and Studio 5000 — and provide fully documented programs your team can understand and maintain.

Yes. We are doing legacy control system upgrades which is also one of our typical industrial controls projects. As an example, if your facility is utilizing old PLCs, aging panels with no documentation, or a control system that one individual knows only, we would have the opportunity to evaluate your current setup, create a migration plan and execute the upgrade on your schedule. We reduce production downtime throughout the process. As most industrial facility control systems age, it is 10 to 30 years old, and upgrading to a modern platform considerably helps to increase stability, supportability, and operation efficiency on an industrial process.

A PLC (programmable logic controller) is the industrial computer that is responsible for carrying out control logic for your system including sequencing operations, reading sensor inputs and triggering outputs. An HMI (human machine interface) is the touchscreen or panel showing an interface that enables operators to monitor and interact with the PLC in real time. A SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) system gives a high-level view of multiple PLCs or an entire facility, so they can log information, alarm, trend, and remotely monitor. Adgo designs, programs and integrates all three components through a holistic industrial automation system.

Yes. Adgo fabricates all control panels in our UL 508A-certified, 30,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. In-house panels mean a quicker process, better quality control and no coordination gaps between the builder and the programmer. That’s because it’s the same engineering team doing both. Each panel is thoroughly tested prior to being shipped to your facility.

We offer full project management as part of our industrial controls services. That’s a valuable option for manufacturers and OEMs with lean or already stretched internal engineering teams across multiple priorities. Beginning with the initial scope review through submittal documentation, fabrication, factory acceptance testing, on-site commissioning, and post-installation support, Adgo covers the complete controls scope that allows your team to keep concentrating on running the operation.

Most systems integrators for industrial automation either build panels or program systems but not both. Adgo does everything in-house: engineering, panel fabrication, PLC and HMI programming, SCADA development, VFD commissioning, and project management. That means no vendor handoffs, no finger-pointing when something doesn’t quite work out and a single phone number for accountability at every step in the process. We’ve done that since 1957, and we’ve never walked away from a project that we committed to working toward completion.

Yes. Our work is largely founded on ongoing support. We don’t vanish once commissioned: we’ll be there troubleshooting, making system modifications, software updates, and process changes long after your system is live. Most of our industrial customers have had partnerships with us over 10, 15 and 20-plus years, as having a controls partner who knows your system is much more attractive than starting over with a new project every time.

The easiest first step is to reserve a meeting with our team. You can supply your specifications, drawings or simply describe the problem you’re trying to solve. We will ask the right questions and come back with specificity and a proposed solution. Be it looking to replace a legacy system, automate a new line, or just a long-term industrial controls integrator partner across Ohio and beyond, we’re here to help.
